The following photographs were taken on Sunday, 19th September 2010.
A Thorn Beta 5 was first from Santolina Drive.
This lantern's bowl showed signs of water ingress, but was otherwise in good condition for its age.
The second Beta 5 was fitted to a rather angular swan neck bracket:
Closer inspection of this lantern reveals signs of water ingress as well. A Royce Thompson SC1000 photocell switches the lantern on and off.
This batch of Iridiums only incorporate a single grub screw for securing the lantern to the column.
