HF-Matchbox Blue electronic ballast - for 15 Watt-24 Watt lamps. The 'Blue' designation means that lamps will run instantly as soon as power is applied to the circuit. Matchbox 'Red' ballasts pre-heat the lamp electrodes prior to starting. This is probably the smallest electronic ballast in the collection - it is only 120 mm long.
