The single outgoing column (supporting a Philips MI 50) was replaced with three new columns. The following photographs were taken on the 4th April 2010 - Easter Sunday. The outgoing columns had all been removed by Friday, 23rd April 2010.

The MI 50 gained a new photocell on the 24th April 1996, followed by a new lamp and ignitor on the 14th June 2000. Another new lamp and photocell (probably the Royce Thompson Monostar 1000 seen here) followed on the 10th September 2003, with the final recorded lamp change being on the 15th December 2009, in which a second-hand lamp was used.
