208BA. Off Furtherford, Over, South Cambridgeshire With thanks to 'Electric Leo' for discovering these Survivors. Installed on the roadways within Anglian Water's Over Water Treatment Works are (at least) two 15 ft (5 m) Byway-X concrete columns with top-entry Arc 4 brackets, all made by Concrete Utilities. Supported by these columns and brackets are ELECO HW-852 lanterns, intended for running a 100 - 200 Watt GLS (incandescent tungsten filament) or 80 - 125 Watt MBF (mercury vapour) lamp. This column / lantern combination was once commonplace throughout villages in Cambridgeshire, but most of these have since been updated. As the examples within the Treatment Works are in private ownership, they have been permitted to survive.

The first column is seen immediately behind the gates at the start of the access road. The bracket looks to have been damaged, and no longer faces towards the roadway.

The bowl and lamp are missing, although the cap from the last lamp fitted remains in the holder.

Peering through the gates, another installation is seen. This one appears undamaged, although the column door is missing.

The bracket is (intentionally) misaligned with the corresponding contours of the column.

The bowl appears to have suffered some minor damage, although the internal glass refractor ring is intact.
