The following photographs were taken on Sunday, 21st March 2010.

The two columns on here both still supported GEC Z5698U lanterns until the end, though around the time that the replacement column appeared for 90658, the outgoing column started leaning a few degrees away from the vertical.

When viewed from another angle, the column's leaning is not evident. Just visible in the carriageway to the left of the column is a sprayed-on indicator to show where the new column should be installed.

The other outgoing column remained vertical.
