97FB. Chapel Lane, Lichfield, Staffordshire With thanks to Dwight for informing me of this Survivor. Installed opposite the junction for Ivanhoe Road is a 15 ft (5 m) Stewart & Lloyd tubular steel column supporting an ELECO HW-897 / PT-895 lantern for 45 - 60 Watt SO/H and SOI/H (35 Watt SOX in later years) lamps.

A sleeved GEC concrete column supporting a Philips MI 36 is visible in the background; the sleeving has increased the column height to around 6 m, which causes it to tower over this shorter installation.

Some minor corrosion exists on the underside of the lantern's canopy, but otherwise, it is in good condition.
