185c. Drome Road, Deeside Industrial Park Located adjacent a disused footpath on the small industrial estate that is sandwiched between the Shotwick and Welsh Roads is a 5 m tubular steel column supporting a GEC Z5670 post-top lantern. Given that the footpath no longer serves a purpose, the lantern may, similarly, have become derelict, and its polycarbonate bowl is too discoloured to be able to discern whether a lamp is fitted, and if it is, what type this would be.

If the installation is no longer in use, the column remains in good condition, with no noticeable signs of paint flaking or rusting present.

As with my own Z5670, the bowl is sandwiched between a GRP canopy and aluminium base section.

Unlike my own example, however, the base section is longer, suggesting that this is a later version.
