Shardlow Road, Alvaston (Part Three)

The following photographs were taken on Sunday, 21st November 2010.

All of the remaining columns along this road were 10 m in height, and supported 135 Watt SOX lanterns. Firstly, we have a rather clean-looking remotely-geared Philips MA 50.

Another MA 50 followed; this was of the integrally-geared variety.

GEC Z9554M lanterns now made up the majority of the rest of the outgoing lanterns.

This Z9554M was fitted with a Royce Thompson P42 thermal two-part cell.

The final column was fitted with an ELECO GR150.
