Although the withdrawal of the 1967 Stock does not bring an end to transverse seating on the Underground, it does bring an end to it on the Victoria line, as all seating on the replacement 2009 Stock trains is longitudinal. |

The draught screens allowed the reflections of the circular light fittings on the end walls of this car to be reflected many times! |
These indicator lights illuminate when the train is in use and the doors are open. The light remains illuminated until the doors are closed; allowing drivers to quickly pinpoint which of the eight cars does not have all of its doors closed. Notice the corrosion setting into the surrounding aluminium. |
