A Stock DM5142 at Uxbridge. This picture was taken during the 1967 Stock Farewell Tour, on Sunday, 15th May 2011. Engineering works meant that all southbound Metropolitan line trains terminated at Harrow-on-the-Hill. Notice the illuminated LED stabling light.

The following three photographs were taken of several stabled S8 Stock trains at the Bombardier factory in Derby; the trains having been built there. Typically, almost immediately after these pictures were taken, one of the foreground trains started moving - it had just waited for me to put the camera away!
