The following photographs were taken on Saturday, 27th November and Sunday, 28th November 2010.
An offset-bracket mounted Pearce Gowshall L68/25 signlight provided illumination to the 'Give Way' sign at the junction of Uttoxeter New Road.
GEC Z9532s made up the majority of the outgoing lanterns along this road.
This Z9532 ended its days on the road in a rather sorry-looking state...
The bowl, gasket, reflector/gear tray cover and label on the GEC Z1616 ballast were all missing.
Looking straight up allows a comparison of the two lanterns.
A far more intact-looking Philips MI 26 was next.
This MI 26 was attached to an Abacus column.
A Stewart & Lloyd column supported this Z9532.
Finally, this Thorn Beta 5 may also have replaced a Z9532 at some point.
